Vul asseblief ‘n aansoekvorm volledig in om te registreer. ‘n Eenmalige registrasiefooi sowel as een maand se terugbetaalbare deposito is betaalbaar om U registrasie te voltooi. Die volgende dokumentasie moet ook die voltooide aansoekvorm vergesel:

In order to register an application form must be completed thoroughly. A once-off registration fee as well as one month’s refundable deposit is payable after selection to complete the registration process. The following documents must also be submitted with the completed application:

Birth certificate of child

Immunisation certificate of child

ID size photo of child

ID copies of both parents or other guardians

Any therapeutic reports up till present

Proof of Address
